Happy 2009-2010 Snowmobile season
Feb 3, 2010
Trail Conditions: Good to fair
Snow Cover: 18-20 + inches
Area Report: Early morning temp is zero
degrees, but should warm up to about 20
by mid day. Skies are overcast, with a
light snowfall, about two inches
overnight, in addition to two to three
inches the past two days. There is snow
forecast daily through the week end
with milder high temps in the high
teens to mid twenties and night time
lows in single didgits. PERFECT RIDING
WEATHER!
TRAILS ARE FLAT, WITH AN ICE BASE
COVERED WITH SNOW. THEY ARE HARD, FLAT
& FAST!
The groomers work their magic every
night and every morning riding is
GREAT. Expect the trails to get beat up
some by late afternoon. but they have
been holding up remarkably well with
the good ice base.
MOST WET AREAS & LAKES ARE NOW SAFELY
FROZEN, BUT NOT ALL, AND MANY LAKES
HAVE LOTS OF SLUSH, SO BEWARE AND CHECK
LOCAL CONDITIONS!
